Getting stress because of a bundle tasks? Well, I think I have some tips to handle stress. I always try my best on doing all the tasks, but I try to be relax, not to think the tasks too seriously. I mean if I only focus on one task, it would be boring and later on I can’t manage the time to do the other activities.
Well, when I get stress because I can’t think clearly while doing my task, usually I take a rest for a little while, like eating some snacks, listening to music,playing games, or watching my Korean’s variety show. :p Taking a rest when getting stress really helps to relax the body, get some fresh air, and release the burden before going back to do the rest of the task.
Another tip to handle stress is doing our hobby. Those people who love gardening can go to the yard and manage the garden. Others who love sport can do some sport activities. And if it does not really help, we can take a picnic. Just go somewhere and get some fresh air to clear our mind.Well,having a bundle of tasks will make us get stress easily. But however hard the tasks are, as long as we know how to manage the time to do the task, know our condition, and take some rest, we can finish them easily.

I agree with you cha. it is better for us to take a rest for a while. Especially it is really useful to do something what we like. ^.^
